My one-on-one coaching sessions are geared towards helping clients reduce stress, be more productive and live a more balanced life. I help my clients take control and move from "talking" to "doing". As their coach, I bring the necessary tools and strategies to help them build positive momentum and experience results both at work and at home.
HERE'S HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
1. INITIAL CONSULT
The goal of our initial consult is to see if we are a good fit, take you through the coaching process and answer any questions that you have. The initial consult fee is $50.00 which applies to your coaching package if you decide you'd like to move forward. Consults generally take 50 minutes to an hour.
2. SUMMARY SENT VIA EMAIL
After our initial consult, you will receive a follow up email recapping the session along with package options, a Client Agreement highlighting what coaching is/isn't, and a Coaching Questionnaire.
3. WE BEGIN!
If you decide to move forward, we will discuss dates/times for our first session so you can determine what's best for your schedule. Sessions can be held over the phone or in Manhattan- your choice.
4. ON-GOING SESSIONS
- Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and are usually spaced 1-2 weeks apart. Each session is followed by a detailed recap along with practical actions steps to implement to help you move forward.
- You can reach me via email between sessions if you have a question or need clarification on something. I'm here to support you during the entire duration of our time together!
- To provide clients with flexibility, I offer coaching packages (3x- $720, 5x- $1,100, or 9x- $1,800). While I recommend at least three months to experience results, my hope is to work with you as long as it you feel it is benefiting you. My ultimate goal in our work is for you to feel a greater sense of clarity, accomplishment, and peace of mind.
