HOW DO COACHING SESSIONS WORK?
Clients are often attracted to coaching because of its flexibility, action oriented nature and relatively short-term approach. I offer weekly, biweekly and monthly rates as well as three, six and nine month coaching programs.

HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT THAN THERAPY?
Although coaching and psychotherapy can complement each other, coaching is not psychotherapy. A coach focuses on where you are now and works with you to develop strategic actions to help you move forward. Psychotherapy tends to be based in theoretical applications historically rooted in psychiatry, psychoanalysis and a medical model approach. Coaching is focused on taking action and creating solutions.
